I went some more sock hunting today, and found & identified 19 users with definite voting fraud that went uncleaned, back to dec'14. I flagged 6 of them and saved the other for when the current flags are through

If you flagged them, that's enough. The moderation team will see the flags and deal with them when they get to your flags. The extra pings probably aren't needed.
