That depends on how you interpret the content. If you want to see penises in it, I guess you will. I just see it as a bunch of random characters. Might've as well said "<----===>", makes little difference to me personally. But I guess it is somewhat suggestive and could be seen as abusive by most.
That's what makes cases like this a bit harder to review. It all depends on if you find it's content offensive/inappropriate. And that level is different for everyone.
But I guess we can all agree it should be removed either way.

Look... The problem folks have with these is that they see the pile of nonsense and try to extract meaning from it. "Surely if I can determine what the author's intent was...

@ArtOfCode I think the contention / inequality between you and the other commenter comes from if you assume that new earned flags (1 per 10) are available immediately or just the next day.
I'm not sure how yours does it, but it looks like it's applying the same method to both comment and post flags? Post flags increase according to a slightly different algorithm that also factors rep in.

@ArtOfCode Mine starts with 10 daily flags, assumes all flags are helpful and every 10 flags, it assumes that you get 1 extra flag and then assumes you use it and its helpful, so it adds it to your daily flag count
So essentially it assumes that if you had 30 available flags at the start of a day, you'll flag the 30 and they'll be helpful, and then you flag the extra 3 and they'll be helpful

@Magisch sort of... they have 94 flags available at the start of day 23, from which they would get an extra 9 bonus flags - but it can't go over 100, so they flag 6 bonus to hit 100.
rFlags = total flags before the dCounter calculation, used in lieu of dFlags to increment the counter, so that flags cast as a result of bonus flags gained that day also increase the counter
