I'll disable that check for questions, it was experimental

I reckon it's an excuse to promote the product, can't be sure

I think it is. The trigger is for fake customer service, and this post clearly isn't that.
The commit I just pushed would avoid this report.

gonna reject your flag @Yvette.

@dino ok

Keep up the good work otherwise.

I am skeptical of user, account made today, posting link to product, I really don't believe some of them are legit.

Gonna give him the benefit of doubt.

4:30 PM
sure and I understand why

can someone gimme a link to the q ya'll are talking about?

@SmokeDetector Cool. Did Smokey just get sentient?

It doesn't really answer the question.

it says the updates fixed it

"may be because of the updates"
It essentially says "it fixed itself". That kind of answer is useless.

@undo @ArtOfCode Apparently posts from Korean.SE throw an error in MS, metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/37783

@zaq that seems to be a question that is posted regularly. Like a troll question
@zaq I think we need to keep a check on that pectoral muscle question, it reminds me of that duplicated maths question that gets repeatedly posted on the site.

@zaq ah, need to refresh the sites table. Just a sec.
also, need to handle that better. But that's harder.

I made a mess of my feedback above with a typo

I understand the same user posted stackoverflow.com/q/38891311 earlier, which was closed.
So they reposted, but I wouldn't expect a mod to mark a spam flag helpful on that basis.

No I've seen very similar question with image, but not today and more than oce
remember this conversation and next time I see it I'll ping you

What's up @Yvette?

I have seen very similar more than once on the site

@undo oh I was wondering, as I did before if it's a little trollish.
I can't put my finger on it, time will tell if it repeats

nah, looks more like a hopelessly broad question

Korean was around for a while, it's just that the site list isn't refreshed often.

Restart: API quota is 6504.

6:22 PM
I should make it email me when a site isn't found. That shouldn't ever happen
... or just update the list itself; it's a cheap op.

I was thinking, about the matlab one, it could be the same person trying to ask the same question and just failing, as opposed to trolling. I've just noticed it, because I don't have a social life ;)
yeh and the missing site is no big deal. An easy fix ;)

zaq
@undo API returns the list of all sites, including private betas. We don't have reports until the site becomes public. So, refreshing once in 15 days would be enough.

@angussidney that's... actually an SE bug. I use the SE native JS to pop those messages up, so if the styling is wrong, that's part of SE code

I went with spam, because it's using the site as an ad service.
Also, this combination of two-letter words looks kind of weird.

I know the official guidance on those are to flag as spam, but I've always been a little conflicted... meh, it'll probably be deleted soon enough.
