It's rule-based, not anything statistical.

I was kinda passing things to a Python script from PHP over Bash. It was injection heaven, but somehow no one figured out why it didn't work when things contained apostrophes and things.

This is my impression (and I vaguely recall reading somewhere about it) but the question score is not listed among the factors here
