@ton.yeung ill check it out, i prefer to go C#, i just dont have the resources to do so atm, so im briefly grazing over Java because of the similarities in some aspects and the thought of possible android dev, however i know it is an overly bloated lang, and herd of other issues with it as well. if you have a better language to suggest im always welcome to check others out, C# just seemed pretty powerful, and especially useful in the beginning to help motivate use by way of game dev.
@ton.yeung dam, thats no good. ill revert back to the manga then. appreciate the heads up.
@LoganM befunge is like nothing i have ever seen before!! haha thats kinda interesting
@ton.yeung express is free.. i know that.. as far as resources go, the main problem lies with my living situation/ old MAC laptop im running ATM, meaning ill have to dualboot/run VM and i just dont have the power with this hardware, here soon i will be finally settling, and will be able to build a new rig and just dualboot linux(most likely ubuntu cause im seriously rusty) and windows to run VS and other MSexe
@ton.yeung Wow, hmm well it seems waiting it out worked out for me in the long run. hah
@ton.yeung that makes sense
ive pretty much just been waiting to completely dive into a lang, till i have a PC that will run the way i want it
just been kinda skiming java for the time being.. but havent really gotten through much. so here in the next few weeks i should be settled and i can get what i need/want and get to work
just got to deal with some medical issues, and ill be all set. so you would recommend c#, from all the research ive done it seems like the best for me
either way as always great chatting with you all. but im going to eat and catch up on some things ill swing back through later, take care everyone
@ton.yeung laptop over desktop?
@ton.yeung and yea what im running on right now, isnt even close. its old old
@ton.yeung point well proven.
@ton.yeung yes that is the true convenience.. especially with my main injury being my back
im running on an old intel dual core, form when they first came out.. and like 1 gb haha
@ton.yeung yea i vaguely remembering discussing that with you before, from you in your integra
@ton.yeung yup that will be no problem, that around what i was planning. but im out for now. ill be back later, take care
