Why today peace has found so much importance?
Is not the peace advertised all over by media is some kind of plan do Muslims remain silent and do not defend thems...
There is no clear answer to this question. The answer is not a simple "yes" or "no".
These things are clear and for sure:
It is not allowed to commit suicide in Islam.
It is not allowed to harm innocent people and even their personal belongings during a war.
But, however, at extreme measures...
I was wondering why we get a date for Miriam's death.
Or at least half a date.
Very few other things in Bamidbar are explicitly dated.
I count 4 other things: The original census, the Korban Pesach, the date the clouds first moved (24 Iyar), and Aharon's death as recorded in Maser (1 Av).
The last one especially makes this one jump out.

Ok lets try again. Where is Chormah? Is it in Israel? Is it outside of Israel?
Also, in the parsha before the battle, the Jews are at Hor HaHar, and in the parsha after the battle they leave Hor HaHar. What happened to Chormah? Is that parsha out of place, and if so, why here?
@DoubleAA I don't think that the parasha needs to be out of place. The people were encamped near the mountain. Either they named the site of their encampment, at the mountain's foot, "Chorma", or (I think more likely) they named the site of the battle -- presumably a short distance outside their encampment -- "Chorma". Either way, that doesn't contradict the fact that they were encamped near Hor hahar. (Note (Rashi to v. 29) that they were not encamped onHor.)
