If you mix paperTeX and newspaper with a5paper layout paperTeX scales bad and newspaper uses absolute cordinates so half of the paper is not shown.

I noticed a bug in the PhDbiblio-url2 bibliography style (http://openwetware.org/wiki/LaTeX_template_for_PhD_thesis) when it comes to single authors:
Instead of setting the article title in bold font instead the style sets % bf in the bibliography entries.
