Applies any changes that have been made to the settings. This function does nothing unless self is in ‘delay-apply’ mode; see Gio.Settings.delay(). In the normal case settings are always applied immediately.

@edwinksl I've commented out settings.apply() , and it still works. If I remove Gtk, it doesn't work. So Gtk seems to be the core issue here

So it's even more strange than that

The listing visited through Order History says it was sold by one seller, which says it's not Prime eligible

our actual shipment says the seller was another one

I checked the listing after we ordered it and it said it had Prime

Amazon screwed up

IIRC, if Amazon messed up the order and the order is already shipped you're out of luck - as well, they could have added the Prime Eligible item later, the seller.

which has happened to me in the past, but that doesn't help at all
