Oh my god... It's so simple... All the guy has to do is to post the answer he posted on the wrong question, on the right question, that I linked... Q: Any way to gain back permissions to run commands?

I accidentally ran "sudo chmod o-x /" on a remote Ubuntu system (with DigitalOcean). Now, no commands can be run on the server at all (so login doesn't work). How do you fix this?

Thoughts on the Jupyter tag? It's recently created: askubuntu.com/questions/tagged/jupyter but Jupyter, from what I understand, is a renaming of ipython, like policykit and polkit. Should it b synonymized with ipython?

Well IPython for 3.x is all the stuff

IPython for 4.x doesn't include quite a lot

most of what it used to include has been moved to Jupyter

They're now completely separate projects, starting with Python 4.0
