15.04 is no longer supported and will not receive any security updates.

Honestly though, I doubt you are going to get it to work.. 9.10 was a long time ago. A very long time ago. And it's a rather niche device.

I've been a user of Stack Overflow for a long time before registering there, so maybe I was somehow more familiar with the fact that you can vote on answers than the average user by the time I registered. Likely not all users are enough familiar with the system by the time they post the first time.

Q: All configuration files are embedded in jars?

What does it mean that All configuration files are embedded in jars. for the Apache Jakarta James e-mail server? Does that mean that config files must be placed back into the JAR file? Or, can they live in the conf directory?

Anyone here know how to check why netbeans and ecliplse both hang when I create a new class after updating to 16.04?

Crash here meaning that they lock and stop responding to anything, no actual error

Because I want to have some extra useful information before I do.

I'm still learning linux systems and want to get better and finding bug reportable information.

file the bug reports. People will spot these when they have similar issues and can update your bug report with more info.
