Sometimes when deploying a service (and more specifically a new unit) for a Juju charm, an error occurs and there seems to be no way of finding out exactly what it was.
Is there some sort of output log of all commands the unit ran?
Note, this involved adding a third-party PPA - proceed with caution.

The unity launcher is a little confusing ... is there a tool to create launchers, because dragging onto it doesn't always work if you're using a Java-based app, or an app through Wine, etc.
