@Noctrine Thanks, but want to delete the "Play Now" and "Source" links below the screenshot? Now that the links are at the top, I think I prefer it, :)
Is it possible to build a fortress without any cats?
The Catsplosion problem is well known.
I mean not only build a fortress, but build a successful fortress.
I know that cats helps with vermin and moods.
Do anyone has experience with 0 cats? :)
@Almo There all big attacks but everything gets just brushed off :\
@AlexM. Yeah. The way that they did that wasn't at all good. I'm actually surprised he didn't get a character design overhaul instead of just doing that. With all of the love Kishimoto shows his character
Dark Souls 2 is a gorgeous game. Except when it's an ugly game. It's a little weird that way—some environments are absolutely breathtaking, while others stand out with dated, blocky geometry. This gallery mostly reflects the former, capturing some of Dark Souls II's most breathtaking vistas and immaculate art direction. pcgamer.com/2014/04/16/dark-souls-2-4k-screenshots
@Byte56 I would apologize and pledge to do better if I had received multiple warnings before, but since I've only been disciplined once (for something I did indeed deserve), getting banned out of the bloom was shocking.
It was either for being a primary instigator or contributing factor to the ongoing problem. The time was pretty intense (8 hours) given the circumstances
But yeah, suspensions don't always have to be with direct warning. They are just another tool for controlling issues at a time. Like when I lock the room to cool everything down.
Shog and Grace are well within their power / permission to change the discussion etiquette of the room. Because they are Community Managers employed by SE Inc.
@Byte56 I should have been told that. I trust most of the moderators in the room that if they suspend me, they've made the right call. You guys aren't idiots, you're very capable and experienced people who know how to handle only nay-doers.
But when a random Code Review mod comes into the room, starts scolding us, and promptly bans me and my friends for what is a rather extensive period of time without giving us a reason why we were suspended (but acknowledging it in chat in front of everybody), I am going to question his judgement.
well I guess I don't know what hasherr said, but I don't know how complaining about a laptop or even some mild profanity will turn anyone off. I didn't think hasherr was the type to do any more than that. I can't disagree with your point, though.
yeah I honestly think banning all profanity is some fundie christian level of over-strictness. if it's sexist or racist, then yeah, that's probably not okay, but everything else is just a form of emphasis. most of them are only profane because they came from german instead of latin.
@IcyDefiance I've yet to see any of the chat rooms here ban profanity. Trust me, I use it all the time when I feel it's important to make a point. Or when I quote a particularly notable example thereof, like "ATIA AMAT OMNES".
Reading through @GnomeSlice's "Woe of isometry" link ... I have the feeling all of this would be trivial if the author would just study how the 1994 game "UFO" did it. :) Ah well, re-inventing the wheel can be valuable experience as well.
@Leathe It adds recipes for things that can't be crafted in peaceful, makes it so that you have hunger in peaceful, and makes it so that you are affected by scaled damage (in other words, it makes it so that explosions can hurt you).
Has anyone experienced odd rendering issues on certain phones when using PhoneGap?
A friend of mine sees this, and I am able to reproduce it in an emulator, but I have no idea why it's doing that
Hunh, I have a thought. Gimme a bit
:D Fixed it!
The problem was that I was specifying both the width and the height of the image. In most browsers, it calculated those correctly, but in this case, it didn't
