Hi, @RolandoMySQLDBA; please - ping me, if you'll have few minutes; stackexchange proposed me move discussion here, instead of posting comments in Q; I'm sorry to bother you
thread_cache_size = 20; # service mysql restart; # mysqlslap -v -u root -p --auto-generate-sql --concurrency=10 --number-of-queries=100; MariaDB [rtfm_db1]> show global status where variable_name like 'Threads_cached'; Threads_cached 0;
Hi. > not provide a notable performance improvement // I'm pretty sure, this will not improve performance on this server :-) 5 databases, 2-15 concurrently connections, but - I just want to find out - why it's not work
simple Q... if i'm create backup with compress it like $ tar cjfp $LIMITS_HOME and restore it with $ tar xfp $backup - is it OK? because I'm remeber that to unpack compressed TAR - need to set additional option, like $ tar xjfp or something like it...
(sorry asking here - but don't think this is Q for posting on main page)
my question is... is it good action on stackexchange - answer on own Q, if found solution and can describe it in details? even if somebody in comments (not in A) give an idea which sent you in right way?
anyway, @slm, may be you know - how I can get description of objectclass directly from LDAP? For example - I want to see all attributes (and/or description) of objectClass: dcObject.
