fwiw I dunno about the pizzarettes, but I really like raclette grills for social dinners (which again, covid, but...). it does take a little bit to get going, but you can very easily end up with everyone very satisfied in 30-60 minutes, especially if you're using both the top and underneath, and it tends to lead to a lot of good chatting during the meal.

@Stephie nice! I love those cupcake liners too
May 2, 2020 20:00
The smell of the starter really reminds me of corn somehow.
May 2, 2020 19:44
The next loaf might be photo-worthy, we'll see
May 2, 2020 19:42
Wellllll I didn't score quite deeply enough and I forgot to lower oven temperature when I put it in so it's not pretty but the flavor is great! My local yeast is good :)

@GdD the big bread company that sells in a bunch of farmers' markets and small grocery stores around the whole bay now was actually founded in East Bay! a lot of things that SF claims are from there :/
May 1, 2020 00:20
but it smells real promising so I'm pretty optimistic, whether or not it's actual SF sourdough
May 1, 2020 00:20
I dunno if south bay actually counts as SF Bay Area for purposes of microbes, seems like a pretty different climate from SF proper
May 1, 2020 00:19
I fiiiinally got on the sourdough train too, first loaf of bread is hopefully tomorrow so we'll see, but the starter has been very very happy the entire time growing it

Feb 3, 2020 18:11
@Stephie this helps much more with the "fit for a 10yo" part than the complexity but this character from mtg has been on a lot of cards so there's a lot of variations on her clothes, and a lot of people have cosplayed her so there's some ideas out there for actually possible things
Jan 31, 2020 23:19

Jan 31, 2024 06:45
fwiw it'd have helped if you'd flagged a post containing the vandalism
Jan 31, 2024 06:43
Oh, deleted comments on the question? you had flagged the answer :/
Jan 31, 2024 00:08
@Ecnerwal We've seen your repeated flags, but we don't have any local evidence of sock-puppetry or vandalism, just a very bad answer. You mentioned deleted comments in your most recent flag, but those are all either rude comments from this specific user, or comments from others who were critical of the answer. If you can identify accounts of sock puppets, or any conduct that violates SE policy beyond the obvious rudeness in comments on this answer, we're happy to take action based on it.

Y'all, let's not go overboard about the allergy thing - the answer just mentions that allergies are possible in the given situation. We don't need to debate exactly how likely and severe they are; the answer is just providing that information, and readers can use it based on their own needs.

Oron, editing others' posts is not only appropriate, it's encouraged: cooking.stackexchange.com/help/editing It's one of the ways we try to both get you good answers (the easier the question is to read, the more likely people are to be able to answer as desired) and create something useful for future readers. If an edit mistakenly removes important information or introduces something incorrect, by all means fix it, but please don't try to prevent people from editing.
