The only reason I restrict it to non-combat is because at 1st level, it would be insanely good to have - if we level up a bit more it can start being combat
Now, hitpoints. Each class gets different 1st level hitpoint calculations. @bobble, you start with 8 + Con modifier because you're Cleric. @PrinceNorthLæraðr, you start with 10 + Con modifier because you're Ranger.
So - Ink is going to be tall and thin cat folk that has snow leopard patterned fur that looks like someone inverted the greyscale on maybe a random 2/3 of them - like a paint bucket splash. Also the eye that is on the normal side is still a pale silver but the other is now purple. :D
Each of those names is a skill you can be proficient in. The fillable box is the modifier you have for that skill. The bubble is what you bubble when you're proficient in that skill.
As a Ranger, you are proficient in Str and Dex saves.
As a Ranger, you are proficient in three skills of your choice from the following list: Animal Handling, Athletics, Insight, Investigation, Nature, Perception, Stealth, Survival. And as an Outlander, you are proficient in Athletics and Survival.
So mark down Athletics, Survival, and three other ones from the Ranger list.
