it's possible but nontrivial in regex, and the way SD uses regexes is particularly ill-suited to it (it requires backreferences, which would have to be named)

@Mast Nope, the system is smart enough to evaluate what files were touched (as far as I understand).

@RyanM The only access that allows that is full write access to SD's repository. That's something which is given out rarely, and generally only when it's indicated that the person needs that level of access.

@RyanM That would be PullApprove. If it hasn't been added, we can add it. The requirement for that is being a blacklister and having a GitHub account for which you've accepted the invitation to the OAP group in the Charcoal-SE organization on GitHub. It is yet another step, that can only be done after the person has accepted the invitation, so sometimes is forgotten.

@Makyen Alright, this is the GitHub account I'm using for Charcoal watch purposes. I don't think it has received an invite, as far as I can tell from the UI.

@tripleee I don't see anything grossly wrong beyond what's already been caught and fixed, but I'm not familiar with this portion of the new code in detail.

In going over the overall code, it did appear that the text for the PRs created for watches and blacklists would need to be adjusted, as it appeared earlier changes to formatting were overwritten in the merge, but I didn't fully double-check that. There were also things which should already have been changed in that area of the code, so I wasn't going to make a significant issue of it.

(i.e. it was something I figured could be fixed later)
