I've got a custom CRM that I've built on a ubuntu 12.04 server that has on average 150 people using it at a time... Which would be better for my apache prefork (its currently using that now) or worker?
@hacktohell only on my mobile, but the profile doesn't affect quality in the first place.. Higher profiles are more complex and take longer to encode, but may save you some bits for your final stream. Many cheap devices or less powerful ones don't support main or high though, like Android which only does baseline

So at work they're offering to let me buy a few random peripherals for my machine, in the $50-80 range. Not really sure what to get though. Any suggestions for some random fun hardware around that price range?
The keyboard is so intensely awesome, I can not put it into words :D
It has a button to invoke the Windows calculator. It has an extra row of keys above the numpad for more advanced input (equal sign, brackets and backspace).
And every key is exactly where I like it :D
And, it makes your workstation less usable for normal folks, because the keyboard is curved. Not as effective in that regard as Das Keyboard, but that's a bit too hardcore for me anyway. :)
Grr... I'm trying to setup a custom/new language in Notepad++, but the capacity to do so is limited. You only get 4 different types of keywords and the autocomplete has bugs.
