The ones you see in here, like the recent "tpu- by Gothdo", are notification of the first feedback sent for a report. In that case, the feedback was automatically sent from a userscript that looks at what flags you cast on a post

Right now I'm not specifically intent on getting them, but if I'm involved in flagging spam & now involving myself in Smokey, it looks like the kind of thing I should be aware of.
