@El'endiaStarman its because modular exponents cycle(because it depends only on the result of the previous modular multiplication and there are only max n numbers you have)
the cycle length is phi(n) by fermat's little theorem

@quartata Some time ago, I actually had to remind my fellow C.SE mods to look at the context of a comment flag, because they were just deleting them from the flag summary page. That said, even though I always go to a post to look at its comments, I hardly ever look at the other posts to see if their comments need cleanup too.
