@QPaysTaxes I have no clue what that is?
Looks like that was from an old version of ChatExchange. Basically, you'll want websocket-client.

I've been trying to code a Node equivalent of ChatExchange for a while.... my code has issues though <_<
It worked using a different method, but it's about flaky

@SmokeDetector fp-
Jun 12 at 3:38, by Seth
hmm, Zirak's needs node to build..
@Quill I assume you can get some tips from ^^.

@hichris123 not really, that basically just loads up a fake browser page and enters the credentials into the fields

@QPaysTaxes SEChatBrowser doesn't exist anymore, that documentation should be updated. Short version of it: chat either works via websockets (preferred), or polling (fallback when websockets aren't available). CE implements both, but you should use websockets unless you have a really good reason not to.
@Quill That's kinda what CE does, except just via POST/GET requests.

2:59 AM
@hichris123 I know, I've read CE extensively <_<
I think so, but there's a port to 3 IIRC

Uh, hi duplicate feedback? :P

everybody else seems to do it :)

11:45 PM
I'm not sure who "everyone" is. :) Usually it happens to me because of a conflict, like I send a message and someone else sends one a few seconds later. Or vice versa. But if someone already submitted feedback, I don't bother, since whatever action should've been taken already was.

@QPaysTaxes I know, I don't do it if they're not there and I flagged them
@hichris123 plenty of people do it. So perhaps mention it to others also. Otherwise it can feel like you're nitpicking with one person and that can be not nice for that person :D

Well, I don't usually see it. I'm asleep when most spam happens.

@hichris123 the thing about the duplicate reporting is I said the same thing to someone else and then observed everyone doing it, and as people worry about their stats metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/admin/… I figured if you can't beat them, join them ;)
