Q: Optimizing mobility in Firefall

So, it turns out this JS code works fine in IE11 if you force it to emulate IE10.

MS, wtf, how did you break appending table rows that have table data elements in it in IE11?

(More importantly, said code works in Firefox and Chrome and IE pre-11)
