I'd think so, it's been released ;)

They don't enable upgrading by default until 14.04.1 though, just to be on the safe side for those with really important stuff

If stability is that important to you, I'd just wait. I'm not running anything too important ;)

I'll upgrade sometime (shouokd probably back stuff up first).

I have it on my closet server/old computer, but it's not being used for much yet.

I do like it a lot better than 12.04, though.
