@Robusto October is the new September, or maybe August. It's 83 degrees with a scant 10% humidity here right now under skies immaculate Haven't seen even an inch of moisture since the end of August, so everything is ultra-crunchy and prone to catastrophic wildfire. Still have tender annuals like morning glories and and basil nasturtiums going strong for lack of any frost. Mid 80s at the end of October is not normal, nor, I must confess, entirely unwelcome either. Another for the record books.
