It's something weird going on with the floor, I swear. I sure didn't get any taller, but it's like it's farther away.
I'm sure there's a pretty strong placebo effect for long-term coffee drinkers. I generally start to feel better the moment I've got the cup in my cold, tired hands, even before I've consumed enough to have any physical effect.
@KitFox I've heard that mild physical exertion (like specifically, trying to stand up straight, or forcing a smile) leads to poorer scores on intelligence tests.

@Mitch that is a prime example indeed. My wife couldn't believe me when I told her what he was saying. I showed her the movie, and she is laughing to this day.
