Nothing that insurance would ever consider covering.

I have a professional company in working on it, but it is not going to be pretty.

That’s more than we get in plenty of even semi-dry years.

Average is like 18", maybe 20" of you push it in the foothills.

Perhaps you think that asking for help in forums like these will help you write a thesis too? This is very sad and I hope you do some soul searching about why you want to be in graduate school.
