@medica Now medicated. Hiking to the top required more than my knee would put up with, but I of course did it anyway. So I am now on a crutch; naproxen (440mg so clinical dose not typical OTC); Voltaren gel; another topical gel from a compounding pharmacy that includes ketamine and tetracaine; and oxycodone. The oxycodone is keeping me awake, of course; I really really hate it. I cannot quite explain my little Tourette’s postings, though. :)

It would have been very very very easy to (unintentionally) plunge hundreds of feet to my death from the top, since I went to the edge for ash dispersal. And of course, there was a wind blowing up, which was very freaking when the obvious occurred.

Label on compounded gel reads KETA/BACLO/CYCLO/DICLO/GABA/TETRACAINE; I no longer have the script that says the proportions of each but I am guessing that might be descending order; not sure. But I see that Voltaren is just diclo — but I didn’t notice that there was an overlap. Ok, so I won’t mix those anymore; I hate accidentally double-dosing on anything, even if it is “just” a topical anti-inflammatory.
