@Robusto. Robsto-san. I wrote to Grace Note of Stock Exchange ”As an 81 year-old Japanese who was educated to the bone in Confucian moral environment that attaches the most importance to courtesy, manner, and order, I think I know importance of keeping courtesy and choosing right words. But I was angry at that time - --. I don’t like to use them, I need not, and will not use them in future.”
I’m very happy that Medica accepted my apology, and the case was resolved in the way of our saying, 雨降って地固まる (After being washed by heavy rains, the earth (relationship) is solidified stronger)

@AndrewLeach um... I would make a shell, cook it, put custard on the shell, then layer of fruit (like thinly sliced pears), glaze, bake, and those were my fruit tarts.
@JasperLoy beleive it or not, I don't do well with volatile people. Ha! I wonder why that can be! He is unpredictable, which I find... well, let's just say, it's better that way.
@Andrew Back. Too much French on the menu. They are calling them savory mini-galettes. They also have blue cheese gougères, which doesn’t look like a tart.
@tchrist Once I scrambled up some duck eggs, and went to my garden for some fresh rosemary. I served it as a snack to my youngest's friends. The child went home and told his mom, That Mrs. ___ is really strange. How so, the mom asked. "She made us scrambled duck eggs with pine needles" he told her. :D
@medica Heh. I get that all the time. I often bring roasted root vegetables to family Thanksgiving dinners, which are all the root veggies coated with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt, then baked in a single layer of a cookie-sheet till soft. Add brussel sprouts if you feel like it.
