Q: Does stackexchange own the copyright of winter bashes?

I see I can easily download winter bashes from StackExchange(SVG version!). Can I use winter bash somewhere else or even for commercial use?

See my last message, it's possible that you need to only edit tags (that's how I did it on Meta - though not necessarily relevant). Also tags can take some time to get.

Just managed to earn waffles with a dual account

I earned it math SE meta, which luckily I only joined to try to earn waffles so I know exactly what I did.

I created a post on the math SE meta sandbox then spammed the comments of that answer with solely my own comments, about 15 maybe, then deleted the post.
