@catcon That's your opinion, there's nothing on the Code Review meta supporting that that is indeed how answers should be written. Hence I'm not convinced it's a good referral for this question. — Mast 23 secs ago

The StackOverflow questions are about solving specific problems (as said in the put on hold message). You will not find here people willing to provide you a code from scratch. You should write some code from a fresh start and if it was not to work, then you could ask about your problem here. Otherwise, I think Code Review would be a better place for you to ask how to improve your code. — Benoît 40 secs ago

@DerKommissar It's a weird age. Someone asked me how old I was the other day and I had to think about it and ended up saying 26. I'm actually 25 (for another 7 weeks anyway).

I lead a small team of about 6 devs, and we have hardcore code reviews (as we write a crucial piece of infrastructure). I can tell you that the simplicity of the language makes reviews a breeze—compared to those "let's have everything and a kitchen sink" languages. Specifically, I came to Go exactly for the stance of its dev. team to gear the language towards software engeneering, which is a practice concerned with team work and long-term support of the code base. I recommend you to read this intro to "the why's" of Go. — kostix 8 secs ago

Okay, so you've described what you're trying to do and what you've done - and the results look like I'd expect them to look. Are you trying to describe an actual problem with the code you've got, or are you just looking for code review? If it's the latter, codereview.stackexchange.com might be more appropriate. — Jon Skeet 30 secs ago

We have no control over what other companies point to.Stackoverflow is a Q/A site.We fix code. We review minimal code that is specifically focussed on a subject.See minimal reproducible example.Performance of your code isn't our main concern. We do answer questions regarding performance, but your question might be better received at codereview, which was set up for the explicit purpose of reviewing already written code.If this post opens up, wait for answers. If not, post it there. If it's not against any rule, you can simultaneously post there.Your question was closed for the explicit lack of any code. — TheMaster 47 secs ago

In March of this year, we launched the Ask Question Wizard, the biggest change to the question asking experience on Stack Overflow in our ten years’ existence. People have been using the wizard for about six months now, so let’s explore how many people have used it, what its impact has been, and where we’re going from here. We have seen some encouraging improvements in question quality, and we can use what we’ve learned to improve question asking more broadly.

What is this wizard? The wizard presents an alternate question-asking mode that we call guided mode, offerin …

Are colours tags? Activity? Authoritiveness?

Haha, they do look odly similar. Yeah the other views make the distance between nodes massive and so makes the node seem tiny.
Currently it's some magic that groups close nodes, but yeah I'm planning on adding the tag data. Hopefully it'll show me possible questions that are missing tags
