@Fabby @Takkat I had mentioned I'd give you guys an update after testing the chat configuraton. I believe the new user, being so novice to computers, didn't find his way back.. but tried. He posted a message in the "moved to chat" room when I was away from the computer. I responded 20 minutes later, but he was gone.
Hope he found a working resolution.

Well, the door is opened of course, if he gets around to it. Bui, I'm familiar with people being new to computers, and often not being able to remember the site or the thread where of their question.
No problem, of course. Thank you again for your help in the matter. I learned myself, by trying to help. I learned more about the chat features, even though I've been using it for years. You might already know that Takkat had used his system's tools (being a mod of a different site) to add the user to the room.
