@Gao My apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I've had computer problems starting just around the time you sent those messages. I still do actually, since my replacement chromebook is not exactly the most reliable machine, but rather the cheapest thing I could find on ebay until I could find a more permanent solution.
@AndrewT. in regards to answers, i can't see what answers or questions we would even have that this would cause updating. mainly because when we have to deal with piracy questions/answers they are looking for english subs/dubs. i would suspect the sites mentioned are japanese sites that don't deal with even subtitles

@AndrewT. well it's still useful info for us to know since it pertains to Japan and the Manga/Anime Industry. though i think most of us primarly care about the international scene such as if/when japan passes laws that target overseas sub groups like HorribleSubs or Doujin Scanlators like Yuri-ism, Lazy Lily or Dynasty Scans
i'd be honest in saying i had no idea what the piracy scene was like in Japan, seems like it's just as bad
Remember out Japanese Guests - if studios/magazines/mangaka's don't make money off their work they can't live and will ultimately give up and do something else that earns money. if you're going to download from those sites atleast make an effort to support the creators of the content who spent the time to make it
