I've seen proposals with no followers before. Usually they're cases when it's a duplicate and the proposer leaves after realizing that.
Of course, they get deleted pretty quickly. IIRC there's a special script for 0-follower proposals which kills them faster than the 1-month-no-activity script.

is a murder mystery visual novel developed and published by Spike Chunsoft (formerly Spike). The game was released exclusively in Japan for the PlayStation Portable handheld video game console on November 25, 2010. The game was later ported to iOS and Android OS devices on August 20, 2012. The game has received two mang...
@LoganM Ah, my bad, I didn't notice he was referencing manga. I thought the image was talking about anime, so I assumed that two series separated by 10 years didn't count.
@Krazer my aunt and 3 cousins were visiting and it got late so I was following them back to the square and we saw this white car pull up. I naturally got suspicious as it was the first time I was seeing it so I quickly came back inside after they got a cab.
The guy that got shot is dead, he was a carpenter who I've known for many years now, don't know why.
A few years ago, my other aunt's husband was stabbed 30+ times right next to my house, he was also a carpenter.
During the Fourth Ninja World War, Uchiha Madara manage to escape Edo Tensei by releasing himself and put himself in Edo Tensei again. But how or when did Madara knew about the hand seals of Edo Tensei?
Second to English, German seems to be the most popular foreign language in anime. You see it in titles, names, and even quite a few characters are of German descent. Is there a reason for this?
@MadaraUchiha (NARUTO SPOILERS, if you haven't read the latest chapter!) Also, in the end the half of the Kyuubi sealed inside Minato said he was 'moved' by Naruto's speech. We'll be seeing Naruto at full Kyuubi power soon!
In the anime, they had a sheet where the participants' names were written for the finals of the chunin exam.
If Orochimaru with the sand and Sound ninjas had not attacked Konoha during the finals of the chunin exam, does the exam finish with one winner by having 2 semi finals and a final after...
Nana's anime covered 42 chapter of manga and till now it has 84 chapter released, but in June 2009, when the series was put on hiatus due to Yazawa being ill ( Yazawa is its mangaka ) .
Yazawa returned from hospital in early April 2010, though has not specified when or if she will resume the man...
@Hiroto If such a feature exists, I'd suggest that we use it here for "Boku no Pico" since 99% of the incoming questions about that series are going to be spam.
Allow me to gaze into my crystal ball and force the ghost of Kubo's backgrounds to give me a ballpark estimate on when Yazawa will want to draw something. It might take several chapters of screaming incoherent noises, though. — Hiroto8 secs ago
We should probably make some sort of policy about this sort of thing. We're clearly not the right place to ask this question. People should check with their favorite news source for this info, not us.
@JNat I added a comment stating the state of the news info so far. I'm willing to VTC but none of the existing close reasons fit. Should I do a custom OT reason?
On MSO, I think they justified it at some point that it's basically a waste of reviewer's time and you should wait to get full edit rights before making such edits.
Meh. If it's already there in the queue then I guess it's already wasted the time one way or the other. Probably the best course of action is just to accept this one.
This question appears to be off-topic because it is about future events with regard to the production of an anime or manga. Such details are only known to the creators of said works and should be checked on anime news sources rather than here. — Logan M54 mins ago
I remember watching an anime that was very gun-centric, and had a young boy character who had a gun. I think I got the sample DVD as some sort of tie-in, maybe with a video game magazine. I only watched the sample couple of episodes on the DVD and remember liking it, but don't remember anything...

@Krazer I'll translate it first, and then see if it's actually an answer. Based on the fact that it starts with "Attention: I'm going to tell you the one and only truth", I'm going to guess it's probably not worth it.
Plus, if the answerer didn't even know enough English to write the answer, it's questionable that they could understand the question at all. But go ahead and translate it if you want.
@JNat I didn't say it's impossible, but posts like this always make me skeptical. That said, it's a bit hypocritical since I can mostly understand his Spanish myself, but I wouldn't even try to write anything in Spanish without brushing up first.
@JNat Dis-moi, gros gras grand grain d'orge, quand te dégrogragrangraindorgeras-tu ? Je me dégrogragrangraindorgerai quand tous les gros gras grands grains d'orge se seront dégrogragrangraindorgés.
