Oh thank you, I am actually ashamed to admit that all my effort was copying and pasting the first sentence from the Wikipedia article about grass, legumes, or other herbaceous plants that have been cut and dried to be stored for use as animal fodder, particularly for large grazing animals raised as livestock, such as cattle, horses, goats, and sheep. It was my response because it didn't require understanding that image of hay is a reference to the similarity of words "hay" and "hi".

And I'm diving down a MSO drama rabbit hole before I've even had breakfast.

Hahaha I usually breakfast a few hours after waking up, because it's only then that I actually feel like eating something.

So I start my workday at 7:30, then end up getting breakfast at around 9

While I was WFH, I usually did breakfast during office hours. Now I do it at least an hour early.

If I had to go to the office, breakfast would usually be a banana :) Now with WFH it's more often knäckebröd with cheese

During WFH, I had all of the popular Indian breakfast dishes, but it's just a glass of milk, snacks, and some cookies nowadays.

That actually sounds not too bad for a breakfast either ;)

@CaldeiraG That's nice! I specifically bought the treadmill because work from home gives me more time to exercise, but I know I don't go walking when the weather is bad...

So far it has at least helped me keep the weight loss and endurance I usually acquire over summer, so it may be working...
