How do you indicate that you aren't using "(not sarcastic)" or "/notsarcastic" sarcastically? — sphennings11 hours ago
@ankiiiiiii See this comment. What I am trying to say - If everything was said in high tone with strong words, a Thanks and smiley is added, do you take that as a friendly message?
I'm currently working as a full-time QA engineer. I have been working here for a little less than a year. I'm on the autism spectrum with tiredness issue and working full time is just too much for me.
My manager knows that I'm on the autism spectrum (I told him some time ago, before the end of m...
It's the temperatures ;) I'm trying to get a load of work done, so I can take a break this afternoon when it's seriously hot. Sadly, I put my alarm at 5:30am then turned it off and woke up again at around 8, so I already missed that headstart :/
I kind of have the opposite situation. Since we have the air conditioning in my office and not in my apartment, I rather go to work later (but I don't because I don't like to change my schedule)
@Tinkeringbell Could be the heat making me not thing straight, but you having a fan made me think of someone standing next to you cheering you on. "You got this Tink, I believe in you!"
@Imus Oh, that too... it's a very supportive fan :P
@Imus I think my room is about the same (I can only guess, but it feels hotter than downstairs and downstairs is 23). Having the ventilator helps a lot :D
@Tinkeringbell I'm thinking about buying a fan but I haven't done so yet. I guess I'm waiting for the heat in my apartment to become unbearable for several days in a row (so far, I just had one bad night because of the heat). I'm lucky because my apartment doesn't become to hot too fast
@Ælis I had some money to spare last summer, and just decided to buy a relatively cheap one, but it works like a charm! And I'm very glad I have it, even when there's only 1 unbearable day/night ;)
@Tinkeringbell I do have some money to spare too. But I'm always reluctant to buy stuff and buying a fan makes no differences. But since it's my decision to not buy a fan, I can't complain about it :p (which I would have done if I just hadn't had the possibility to buy one ^^)
I’m a student in my early twenties and pretty shy with girl , i’m a pretty cool and good looking guy but I do not know how to chase girls and I don’t know how to talk to girl ( but i really know how to talk to people ) , all girl I went out with litterly asked me out and got me drunk (or high on ...
I'd rather not bring that storm here. But if you do a little searching I'm sure you'll see what I'm talking about. -320 scored posts from employees don't come around often (or didn't used to at least...)
@Crosscounter my work at the museum is for education and development of educational programs and materials, more specifically in the science area. The interns there also get to go on tours to see the behind the scenes in many different collections.
I went into the vetebrae and non vertebrae paleontology, herbology, orinthology, archaeology, anthropology, history, and a warehouse that stored bigger things that couldn't all fit into the museum building
