Is it strange that I have a name for my computer...? and further, that I talk to it by addressing its name?

Unusual, maybe. Strange? Nah. Mine's named Ezekiel. :) I don't refer to it by name though a good friend of mine does for his (CHAPPIE).

Hahaha, glad I'm not the only one then xD I call the new one I got: "Becky"

My computer is named Andara
Hello room

Hello :) Also, that's an interesting name :P I had no idea other people did this too... wow

They name comes from the fact that my computer has no gender
(androgynous)

2:31 AM
That makes sense then :)

I don't address it by name often but occasionally I do
What is yours named?

"Becky" lol
No particular reasoning for it... I just used some random name generator for it... so a computer decided it hehe

haha I like that. Letting a computer name your computer

Mhm! That's the logic behind it :) I like it a lot since it's simple and friendly/familiar...
On this topic, has anyone actually used the rubber duck method before? Like with a straight raw legit rubber duck?

My rubberduck is a stuffed owl.
Before that I often used my wife (much to her annoyance, hence why I got the rubberduck)

2:40 AM
Haha a stuffed owl. That's brilliant :P

Yeah I love the Owl. It was a present from my daughter and she really gets a kick out of the fact that I use it so much.

That's really cute <3 I definitely want children in the future

kids are frickin awesome. Albeit they are also a tremendous amount of work.

I miss my auto-complete from Jetbrains IDEs in VS Code :(

VS Code doesn't have auto-complete?

Not like Jetbrains IDEs :(
I'm so used to their product line I guess... so that could be my fault

ophh so its just different

4:20 AM
Mhm... it's not as intuitive for me... idk lol Rn i'm killing it (my computer) with some task I launched... it's taking forever.... I should've added log messages to track progress lol

lol. Still working on the Vue project?

Oh no, this is something else. I pretty much finished that thing up. Doing a load of matrix maths for fun haha

said no one ever

Oh it's fun in this context :) believe me.

I do. That was most a joke

4:29 AM
Ok good XD Glad someone else likes matrices like I do hehe

ohh I meant I believe you. My math education ended prior to matrices. (Unfortunately cause they are kinda fascinating)

Ooooo, it's working perfectly. Cheeky little grins have been had lol

@bruglesco Aha! Well I'm working on something I might show ya later on. you can see how neat they are first hand Possssibly

cool. I look forward to it.
ohh sweet. I get my first silver badge tomorrow.

4:34 AM
Nice!!
42 more days till my gold hehe

nice

5:15 AM
@Anilla It won't let me suggest an edit so trivial but the word you are looking for is fluent. affluent means possessing large wealth.

@bruglesco Thanks hehe. I edited it for ya, even gave credit :)

haha not necessary

Q: How to tell foreigners they don't need to speak English when near me?

AnillaBackground At my university we have a library building for students to meet other students and discuss/study amongst themselves. It's rather large and people from all sorts of backgrounds can be found here; foreigners included. Situation I'm often in this library studying different subjects (u...

@bruglesco Get your rep up so you can edit any question/answer :P

I'm trying
Get the site back on the HNQ and I can do it with two good answers.
Okay more like 2 well-timed sensational answers
but that's quibbling over semantics

5:21 AM
Yeah, I'm waiting for good questions to answer... it's been really slow lately. That's why I've been throwing in a good question here and there
Just to show we aren't completely dead

I need sleep. g'night.

Night :)

5:54 AM
@Anilla Bah... Garbage collecting.... Is the reason why some people are considered programmers without having an real idea of what their hardware even is doing x)
God morning (@Anilla to have had)

@dhein Hehe, Go let's you have both (kind of)... it's not as flexible as C but it's not bad :) Good morning

So you have to allocate the memory but don't need to free it? ^^

Yea.... xD It holds your hand most of the way. Sometimes I have those days where I need something to do that though LOL
I think I'm gonna optimize some of it with C... Go has pretty intuitive bindings for it so maybe I can sneak by :P

6:22 AM
Sounds interesting :D

6:36 AM
Can ya'll check this answer I left: interpersonal.stackexchange.com/a/21079/23099
I'm a bit unsure about the paragraph with the link... I'm not sure if it fits well

I'll later.

Thanks buddy :)

Hehe, I finally got this inquisive badge :D

Hehe, congrats :)

10:00 AM
@avazula Could you do some cleaning? It's starting to feel like The Closed here :p

@Ælis i can't sorry, I'm on my phone and my laptop is in a box

Arf, I guess we will have to wait for someone else ^^

10:20 AM
@dhein hey I took your suggestion and clarified a few things :) Lemme know whatcha think
Also hello again @avazula and @Ælis :)

@Anilla Hello to you too :) (Even though I believe I already told you that yesterday which was today morning for you)

26 messages moved to Trash

@Ælis haha wow that’s gotten confusing hasn’t it? xD my body decided to wake up at 5:00am so here I am. Maybe it’s cause I woke up remembering my answer wasn’t phrased how I wanted it to be :P

10:41 AM
@Anilla Do you ever sleep? '^.^
About your edit, it is better now, yeah. I still am not sure, if you should write it that way, as making such judgements of why a 3rd person might react the way they react, is hard to make without being involved and knowing that person. I totally agree with what you say and would give the same advice any friend I know personally... But... I am not sure about if thats also best for IPS.

I am not saying it is bad. I am just saying I don't feel able to decide any further. Maybe wait for someone else. As I might be biased here, as said, cause I would give the very same advice.

@Ælis Congratulations! You have 1.343484102% contribution in the number of questions on IPS. :P

@AJ Wow, that's kind of huge! :O

@Anilla The real problems of life :D

@dhein Sleep is for the wise and the weak! ... and last night, I was neither.

@TheTinyMan sleep is for the week. living is for the weekend

@JAD Speakin' of which I've got a LARP this weekend! ^.^

JAD
ooh have fun

2:37 PM
Good morning :)

Hiya!

:) o/

Hello :)
@TheTinyMan what character are you going to be?

@Tinkeringbell Did I tell you my paladin died? :-( So I'm going in as the angry and stabby blood mage.

I think I remember the paladin dying, and you needing a new costume ;)
Or that was the one before the paladin, and now the paladin has died too

2:49 PM
No, the paladin is the one I'd've mentioned who died.

But that means you'd be going through characters at quite a speed!

Ooh do you stab people with blood? For blood? Or because blood?

I think blood mage means evil magic :P
But I'm not a fantasy character expert!

@scohe001 All of the above! :-D I stab people with my "Blood Spikes" spell sometimes! I'm also a vampire, so I stab them with my teeth to drink some blood at least once per event! And, well...blood is fun and it's nice to paint a room in it! ;-)
The vampire race is so OP in this system xD

Ooh that sounds perfect

2:50 PM
resists jokes

@Tinkeringbell No, no, let's hear 'em!

Nope. My secrets shall remain my own ;)
Have fun at your LARP!

@Tinkeringbell I'll try! :-D I miss my paladin, though. :'( You get to make up your own spell verbals in this game, and I had a point-cast choke spell (which means it's not dodgeable, and I get to point at my target to indicate who they are) for which I picked the incant, "I find your lack of faith disturbing."

So why not play a paladin again?

...that line in Star Wars probably doesn't translate very directly.
Ehhh. I try not to play the exact same kind of character twice in a row. It kind of looks bad?

3:02 PM
Geez, i regret translating that latest answer on that "reduce awkwardness on the way to the bedroom".... wow.

translating?

the user posted something that wasn't english and it translated to something very rude. i just flagged

Oh oi. I don't need to translate that one!

yeeeep haha
that's why I regretted translating it

(Deleted your message @Ælis, the link was helpful but the onebox not so much and it's deleted now anyways ;) )

3:07 PM
Good thing I saw it in time.

@Alex It wasn't ever proper Dutch...
So don't go using it in public!

@Tinkeringbell It was enough for Google Translate to get me the gist of it, I think.

Oh, that it most likely was.

Though it suggested some slight modifications.

I don't want to know :P
Lets talk about more benign stuff.

3:12 PM
Well it's too late for a "Morning!"

We know TinyMan is going LARPing, what is everyone else planning for the weekend?

Sleep

Going to see a concert tomorrow

Sleep

Well, no sleep tonight, sleep all tomorrow

3:13 PM
@Rainbacon ooh who?

Jackie Evancho

Oooh, nice
That should be fun :D

Huh I don't know her
But concerts are always fun. Hope you enjoy!

Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Evancho ( ee-VANG-koh; born April 9, 2000) is an American classical crossover singer who gained wide recognition at an early age. Since 2009, she has issued a platinum-selling EP and seven albums, including three Billboard 200 top 10 debuts. She has also released three solo PBS concert specials. Between 2008 and 2010, Evancho entered talent competitions, sang the US national anthem at a Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game, issued her first album, Prelude to a Dream, and attracted interest on YouTube. In 2010, at the age of ten, she gained wide notice with her 2nd-place finish...

Going to a rock and mineral sale/show saturday morning, then homework all afternoon then my sister is sleeping over saturday night, then church on sunday, then lots more homework after

@Rainbacon ooooh that's really cool.

(vanishes)

I saw her on AGT but not much afterwards

@Mithrandir Evanesco!

my kind of music for now: youtube.com/…

@Tinkeringbell playing D&D saturday, celebrating my mom's bday sunday

Nice! I have absolutely zero plans :)
And that's kinda perfect :)

I wish I would have zero plan too. But My aunt is visiting my cousin who leaves (more or less) in the same town than me and I'm expected to visit a science museum with them and the kids on Saturday (but at least my Sunday is free and I will be able to do nothing \o/)

I'm looking forward to the rock and mineral show it's pretty big. going with mom, sister, brother, stepdad, and a few other deaf folks I invited

it's settled, i hate CSS far more than i hate javascript.
happy friday

@DaveG Haha, plus one for that! :p

3:34 PM
@DaveG As well you should

@DaveG There's room in my heart to hate both about equally.

I hate CSS with the passion of 1,000 burning suns. Everything is affected by everything else. This element doesn't align right... oh look back 5 levels at that block level element that is actually displayed inline.
Well I actually work with typescript that makes JS somewhat palatable.
JS I can usually figure out what's going on. CSS I just keep fiddling till it comes out, which is incredibly unsatisfying.

I work with Typescript...and that's great as long as my code isn't obfuscated or the problem isn't something that Typescript usually catches but not this time
although I think my complaint with that last bit is more about Angular than Typescript itself
and then it's still Javascript so I've got to have the developer console up to even see a runtime error if something's not visibly wrong
sorry, I could rant for days xD
(by which I mean "I mostly ran out of rant but want to seem more eloquent than I am")

@DaveG This. So much this. I have coworkers who are really good at css, and half the time when I run into an issue and ask about it, they don't even know.

3:41 PM
CSS it really does feel like every part is connected and you either have to be incredibly disciplined or incredibly lucky to get it to work. There are stupid little visual things in the app I inherited that I think "oh this is easy I'll fix it" and I spend half a day on it and then give up.

3:55 PM
@DaveG do you at least have Angular to help separate that ugly CSS into little boxes?

@Ælis It's gone now, but I'm wondering if NLN was the right flag
I suppose that if we assume good faith and that the poster just doesn't understand gender neutral pronouns it probably is the right flag

@scohe001 we don't use Angular, we use a framework that isn't supported anymore, with knockoutjs for data binding, including some CSS templating. In some ways it's kind of nice but CSS GAHGAHGAH

Yikers

@scohe001 yeah but soon I'm going to go to the gym and work out and physical pain will help. Not to mention I volunteered this week at animal shelter and got to meet the most amazing dog, just trying to figure out if he can fit into our lives.

Awww what kind?

4:15 PM
@scohe001 some kind of big mix, they think he's about a year or less. He's just bounce bounce bounce and we went into a field and played and we were both having the best time. Just got to figure out things like cat compatibility and work compatibility and wife compatibility. Minor details.
I walked some other dogs that were fine but this guy was special.

Lol I'm not sure how minor those are, but that's awesome that you found one that you really love. Animal companions make everything happier

@scohe001 yeah any one could be a show-stopper, although strangely enough the cat compatibility is probably the main one. If the dog won't eat the cat I think my wife is ok with it, and then I can negotiate with my work about more home time. Can't leave this guy alone too long I think

there's also dog-proofing your residence to consider haha
my aunt has a great dane and they keep having to baby proof everything because the dog eats everything and anything that's out

@ElizB ah yeah I had the sweetest dog for almost 16 years, and I loved her dearly, but she would eat any semi-food-related item she could get. Also like paper... envelopes, TP, etc. We ended up gating off the kitchen to keep her out of the cat food, but I don't think that's an option this time around, we just redid the kitchen

@DaveG ahh so you will have to come up with solution to that when you speak with wife :)

4:31 PM
@ElizB yeah probably go with feeding the cat down in laundry room, and then gating that off, that should be ok. I have ideas... :)

@DaveG good, the wife will be pleased with you coming up with solutions ;)

Cat poop is a canine delicacy don't forget!

@TheTinyMan oh yeah, my dog LOVED snacking in the cat box! Yum!

@DaveG The dog I have now is a shockingly picky eater...but he's also incredibly curious. He'll break IN to all kinds of containers when he's in a mood. Pill bottles, bags of chips, treat bags...but unless the contents is meat or a very, very specific subset of fruit, he will then leave it be, curiosity satisfied.
Which is...good.

good but you have a mess to clean up! ugh

4:37 PM
Now the last dogs that I had...haha, they'd watch the cats poop, drooling.

@TheTinyMan your dog likes fruit? every dog I've ever had wouldn't touch any fruits

@ElizB Yeeeep. He also likes to get into the garbage and poop everywhere when his separation anxiety kicks in. :-(

@TheTinyMan yeah I had an elderly cat that got to the point where she couldn't really digest food all that well, my dog would follow her around waiting for her to go.

@Rainbacon Very specific fruits. Every dog I've had likes grapes if pre-squished, although he's not a HUGE fan he'll eat them. Not that I feed them to him, haha, except the once to show him he'd hate it.
He's eaten two or three others...maybe they were veggies? I don't remember, I just remember letting him try something I was about to cook and then I was like, "whoa, he likes it? That's not a meat!"

One time I was looking at some tomato plants and thinking one of them was just about ready to harvest. I looked back at it and it was gone... then I saw my dog licking her lips. Loved her veggies.

4:40 PM
Cough tomatoes are fruits cough :p

@TheTinyMan ugh, that stinks

@DaveG Awww. I - well, my ex-girlfriend - tried growing tomato plants at my house once. The deer loved her for it. :-p

@TheTinyMan ah, yeah. My mom's plants always had some nibbles here and there but her veggies were grown on her porch which was elevated, deer can't climb stairs all that great and it's right next to the house they didn't dare come closer

Ahh, yeah. The deer literally stand on our back porch (which isn't elevated) sometimes.
One day I will successfully pet one!

@scohe001 Dodm

4:42 PM
@TheTinyMan Do the deer visit your home?

@scohe001 whup didn't Prez Raygun say ketchup was a veggie?

@Jasper Sometimes! They sleep in my yard a bit, too.

Gonna go to the cafe here on campus to grab foods

Bon appetit!

I see. I am not used to seeing animals. Where I live, deer only exist in the zoos.

4:43 PM
Yeah I had a choice as to whether the deer eat our tomatoes or the dog. At least when she was old enough I could put the pots up on a table where she couldn't get at them.

@Jasper Yeah. I love my house and where I live, when I'm not busy hating everything going wrong with my house and the politics of everyone around me. :-P

I know some people live near lions and tigers, which can be dangerous.

Ooh, that sounds scary!
I hear about coyotes more over here, not that I'm particularly close to anything like that myself.

@IPSCommentBot i I've sure been seeing only_pro come up a lot in these lately...

@El'endiaStarman I've noticed the same thing

Same here.

@El'endiaStarman Yeah, they seem to have an account on IPS only to be chatty...
Maybe we should raise a custom mod flag and ask the mods to tell only_pro to stop chatting?

@Ælis Just did

Thanks :)

5:49 PM
@Ælis Tell them there's a chat room for that! xD

Do deleted comments not show up in SEDE?

Speaking of being chatty.

Man, I'd be just as bad at sign language as I am at speaking. I just tried to throw the horns over my keyboard in quiet celebration and instead held up three fingers as though I were indicating the number "three."

heh :)

6:21 PM
my cochlear implant batteries died, but it seems I like the peace and quiet a lot more and feel more focused :P
but my situational awareness (related to sound) is zilch because of this

@ElizB Haha, it's funny, did you know that a lot of offices include white noise machines to make it harder to hear things? To help preserve focus. They're not usually overwhelming but I just noticed the parallel.

@TheTinyMan i guess the other stuff could constitute as white noise but it's distracting for me

@ElizB Well, no, the machines I'm talking about have an effect to basically muffle all other sounds a little
It's not the same thing as a mashup of other sounds that we filter out as 'white noise'

@TheTinyMan ahh, okay i think i understand better. heh, deaf people usually dont get what "white noise" is, they usually consider something like that annoying
adds more noise

In this case it just sounds like moving air, less noticeable than my desk fan though.

6:50 PM
ah, huh. okay

2 hours later…
8:22 PM
afternoon slump on friday -_- yawns ugh. how long till I go home? 2 hours 8 minutes.

8:33 PM
@dhein Lately I haven’t been sleeping too well lol. And that’s fair enough, I’ll just wait till someone else leaves feedback if they decide to :)
Hello everyone!

Hi Anilla!

Hey :)
@Anilla how's it going?

8:47 PM
@ElizB It’s going well, thanks! How about you? Still waiting to go home? :)
@Rainbacon hey what’s up? :D

Angular is being annoying

@Anilla yeeeah im supposed to be doing literature review but we all know that's just reading a lot of science papers that make me feel like eyes are falling out

@Rainbacon Darn Angular... and really any framework sometimes. What’s it doing wrong??

When I try to disable a button with the [disabled] directive it hides it instead

@ElizB Oof. Science papers and reading a long time... my attention span would suffer lol. What’s the plan when you finally get home?
@Rainbacon Huh, how irritating. I’d offer to help but my only experience is in Vue lol

8:56 PM
@Anilla See where my energy is at and potentially go rock climbing or stay in and watch a movie. either way i'm happy

@ElizB Have you ever thought of rock climbing a cliff-face or mountain? Or is that something a li’l’ too scary? Haha

@Anilla that's something in the future, in the summer
wayyy in the future if I get that good

@ElizB That’d be awesome :) It takes a lot of effort to know the right route and holds to use. Biggest thing for me would simply be the scale of it... heights are something rather bothersome and scary :P

@Anilla extreme heights, yeah if you're climbing. If you're riding a rollercoaster that's no problem for me. I've ridden the tallest rollercoaster in the world

@ElizB Haha well look at you go :) I only have problems with heights when I don’t feel 100% secure. So climbing would definitely be hittin’ those nerves. Some amusement park rides hit them too. Not always though

9:05 PM
Oof, figured it out. Turns out my array was null instead of just empty

@Rainbacon hey "null" and "full" are only one letter off
You were close

Do arrays in JavaScript have static sizes? Or are they dynamic?

They are dynamic

I think they’re dynamic. They must be with the push and pop functions... yeah

@Anilla what language do you come from?

9:09 PM
@scohe001 Uhh, C/Java

Fun fact, you don't have to put elements in at the next index

Ahh. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Javascript then :p
@Rainbacon they're like dictionaries that map an int to a something? O_O

If you have an array with 3 elements you can still do arr[10] = 5
@scohe001 yep

Yay for js

Hahaha I’ve been trying. Sometimes it’s needed though. What... they can be inserted at any ambiguous position? That sounds like a Map implementation and not an array xD

9:11 PM
Here's a great explanation of the quirks of javascript destroyallsoftware.com/talks/wat

@Anilla I once rode a rollercoaster that only had lap restraints and it didnt go upside down but it definitely caused a bit of nervousness

@scohe001 What languages are you most familiar with? :)

It gets to the js about 1:20

@Anilla I started with Python for a few years and then spent my college career with C++. I'm in C#/.net now though

@Anilla found it! skyrush

9:14 PM
@ElizB Oh no! I’ve been on a few like that. I would hold on to my riding buddy and half the ride for dear life xD ohh its the Hersheypark. I’ve never been

Hershey park is a huge fun rollercoaster park and it's not super expensive
i had a ball there- got a 2-day pass with family

That’s fun! Where’s it located at?

@Anilla Hershey, Pennsylvania, in the US!

@ElizB Ohhhhh. Maybe I should go there this summer! It looks really fun.

@Anilla I'm hoping to go in the summer as well. it's a ton of fun indeed
i got to ride all of the rides
looks at prices wow. it's really affordable. $34 for 2 days if buy now
but i'm guessing they'll go as high as $45
but that's still seriously affordable compared to other parks i've gone to
Great Bear is another one of my favorites from Hershey park.
i seem to like those dangle-your-feet rollercoasters :D
ohhi can't forget storm runner either.... that one was super fun hehehe my stepdad came with me and he somewhat almost regretted it hahaha i asked him if he was up to it and he was like "yeah, yeah, i think so"... 0 to 72 MPH in 2 seconds flat later... heh, he was a little wide-eyed
I loved seeing my mom's and sisters faces when they were watching and waving on the ground before the rollercoaster takeoff

9:27 PM
Haha storm runner sounds insanely awesome! Fastest car I’ve been does 0-60 in 2.5s... that was amazing... I want faster though hehe

@Anilla if you want faster and higher, try Kingda Ka the tallest rollercoaster in the world. Went and did that. :D survived! So much fun and the view was amazing. 0 to 128 MPH in 3.5 seconds.
points to self Thrill seeker? Adrenaline junkie? absolutely and proud of it!!
oh and attached to that rollercoaster is Zumanjaro Drop of Doom which was pretty awesome too

Whoah... 0-128 in 3.5!! Did you feel like your insides were getting pressed to the seat? XD

hmm, maybe. i was too busy taking in the sights :D
i was sad that it was so short

How long does the whole thing last? Haha

@Anilla maybe a minute or two

9:41 PM
Ahh that is kind of short. I love appreciating the scenery. Just taking a moment to bring it all in. I saw the Grand Canyon awhile back and that was amazing. Pictures really don’t do it justice haha

@Anilla I saw it when I went over there around 9 years old
I was young but I don't think I'll forget it :) I also saw the hoover dam. just a huge wonder to look at and take in
I'm gonna head home. Not gonna get much more work done so might as well

@ElizB Yea it’s pretty hard to forget :) Lemme know what you ended up deciding to do hehe

10:10 PM
@Anilla movie. More specifically, Cool Runnings. It's a movie hubby's wanted to show me, it's a comedy about a made up jamacian bobsled team

user15026
@ElizB I love that movie, I have seen it so many times.

user15026
@ElizB I used to love rollercoasters but they're not super fun for me anymore. (Part of that is my size, I don't fit well or at all really in a lot of newer coasters)

10:30 PM
@ElizB Haha, enjoy it! I've heard good things about it :)

Cool, we'll enjoy it :)

@Ash I've been in a few newer rollercoasters too and some can be really tight. I think they're doing it to reduce weight of the cars, increase speed/decrease air resistance, etc. which I get... but sometimes they can be really uncomfortable

user15026
@Anilla As Canada's Wonderland put it, I'm "of larger than average size" so there are literally seats that are not made for me to fit in :( So I stick with the ones where it's like supposed to be a parent riding beside a child, then I have room. :)

user15026
(Plus, I find those more fun anyhow :P)

@Ash Glad you're able to have fun then :D that's what counts :)

user15026
10:36 PM

(Plus really I like rides like the spinning teacups and such much more than the rollercoasters. Or give me a good waterpark, those are fantastic too)

@Ash Waterparks are my personal favorite! Absolutely love feeling the water and the mist against my skin when it's really hot outside.

I love being in the water.

I love to surf and parasail too :)

Hey

@bruglesco Hello

@Anilla how are you this evening?

@bruglesco I'm doing well :) hbu?

Also good. After all. Weekend!

Blehhhh some of us have another 10 minutes!!

Haha 10 minutes you can overcome

10:52 PM
Lol we'll see if I don't melt first. It's been one loooooong week

What's everyone's plan for the weekend? Anything fancy? :)

Melt? Where are you that you're not freezing with the rest of us?
Well my son just made me agree to make spaghetti and meatballs from scratch with him tomorrow and also take him for a walk.

@bruglesco in a company with enough constant fires to thaw you out the moment you get in and have you melting by the end of the day :(

Ah. That sucks.
I used to have to deal with fires. Now I only have to worry about the literal ones.

I've been really hard on my poor computer lately lol. Second time today where it's been hanging in the console :P

11:34 PM
Has someone tried out an external GPU with any portable macOS machine before?
I'm considering purchasing one with all the matrix math I'm doing

@Anilla Hanging out with some friends on Sunday, and my aunt is coming to visit Monday (I work Saturdays, so Sunday/Monday is my weekend)

@Ash That sounds fun! Time with friends is the best :) just generally hanging out or are ya set out to do something more ambitious? :P

Chilling and chatting, on Sunday, Monday my aunt and I have some errands and such we want to run together. (She lives in a very rural area, I live in a decent sized city, so we often get some shopping and things in when she visits)

I love shopping :) I tend to be very careful with what I buy so it ends up working out for me haha. What stuff do you often shop for?

It varies. This time, we're going clothes shopping. (I need new pants and she wants to look at some things at some of the shops she really likes here)
