Here it is actually forbiden by law to do vacation in your probation period, but I haven't had yet any company, that had a problem with it if you wanted to do that anyways.

But since the law says one MUST not during that period, at least in development or IT companys don't like, that one would after probation period have their full annual vacation left and hence will be on vacation quite often the other half year, they just ignore this employer protective law. But from craft or service areas, I know companys make often enough use of it.

@Ælis Well, yeah, I think it is that much more worth what they do. Keep in mind, as an executive, its anenourmus pressure you have to bear. Everything you say, in private and business might have impact on the stock price of the company. So if there is that one guy, being so good in being considered in what he says, and allways saying it ina way no one can complain.

And still having a reputation of decades making allways buisness decisions raising the value of a company by billions, yeahI think what he does is x1000 times worth for the company of what I do.

And I must say, I lack the skills to ever even learn doing his job. And so many others do. So I dont find it unfair

But we might her just have opposing opinions again :)

@dhein Yeah, let's have an "agree to disagree" here ^^ And I must add, this wouldn't bother me so much if was gaining enough money to leave comfortable. But every time I go to work, I see at least three homeless people and the same thing when I come back home. I know a lot of people who have a home but are still struggling to have enough money to eat. And a friend of mine is in this situation and they had to ask money from there friends so as to be able to pay the rent and the electricity.

So yes, when I see someone gaining so much when they are other people struggling so much because they don't have money, I can't help but to find that indecent.

@dhein And also, this guy you are talking about probably lack the skill to learn how to do your job. I know a lot of people who couldn't do what you are doing and I know a lot of people doing things that I wouldn't be able to do

@Ash thanks for the warning! This is actually one of our biggest fears. Luckily we found a breeder who was willing to show us the parents and grandparents and let us contact and visit one of their past customers. So we're reasonably certain it won't be too big, but only time will tell
