I'm on my way to Tbilisi Georgia where I plan to stay all winter and since I'm from a warm country I'd like to know how cold it will get and whether I will need to invest in some winter clothing and gear.
I'm from Australia but I've travelled a lot with winters in Western Europe, USA, and Canada...

even if you have it's hard to know. i live in pretty constant 20s but i've experienced from -40 to +47 and it doesn't help me know what to get for winter in georgia

i applied mobile phone haphazardly just to enable the suggest synonym system to be usable
i got the feeling that at least one question the OP was hunting for a "mobile" tag and chose the wrong one instead of considering cellphone
remember the "normal" system for tag synonyms is that both are used for a while then somebody spots and merges them. in baby SEs like ours there is the non normal system of bringing it up in meta and getting a diamond to do it.
