Q: What was Martian Manhunter singing in the end of Christmas special episode "Comfort and Joy"?

Ankit SharmaIn Justice League S02E23, we see all the heroes celebrate Christmas in there own ways and J'onn J'onzz aka Martian Manhunter learn about the earth's festival. But it end with J'onn J'onzz singing a hauntingly beautiful song in his native language. Is it ever addressed what this song is about whi...

@Edlothiad What should we do with scifi.stackexchange.com/a/176339/4918 ? Should we edit the additions, such as to question 30, into the community-wiki answer?
@b_jonas If it's just 30, it's wrong, when I rewatched it, Canto Bight didn't have any Aurebesh and the police officers had numbers not CBPD (Canto Bight Police Department)
@Edlothiad Ok. Which post is right about 68?
@b_jonas Yes, the Hangar had pilots, that can be edited into the CW
14:29
@Edlothiad What was the reason for simultaneously rejecting my edit on this post and implementing my changes?
I rejected the larger part of it and initially intended to leave it rejected but just before pressing it realised the smaller second half was relevant. (Considering imo the first part was fine and preserved the quote as it is) Gallifreyan then made the change to the second part not I.
But it was a grammar fix, right? 🤔
15:33
@Edlothiad In that case is the answer to 68 just no?
16:24
@doppelgreener really didn’t seem necessary to me, galli said otherwise. Good thing this site has so many active editors :)
@b_jonas it’s indirectly yes, shot the hangar hangar has pilots, but not enemy blaster hit a good guy with a direct shot. Oh they shot some of the salt speeders, and they definitely hit Luke.
“The real question is, why Arwen’s strength wanes while Sauron’s power grows” is perfectly good grammar.
@Edlothiad hm, I guess I read it as using a particular non-English language construct I see commonly in ESL posts.
but we don't append that particular structure you've quoted with a question mark
we either say it's the question ("The real question is why that happened.") or we ask a the question fully ("The real question is: why did that happen?")
I digress though, I don't mean to pull you into an examination that deep. I was confused because I was wondering if I maybe didn't change enough or something.
Thanks for the response @Edlothiad, I'm satisfied with that and happy to leave it be.

@xkcd Did you know that the fall equinox happens at the wrong time every year because of a decree by the pope in the 1500s? Apparently it was even more extreme in the bronze age. While it may seem like trivia, it is now recognized as a major cause of WWI.

Wow, nobody is voting on anything except Star Wars these days :-/
I answered two questions today which should have taken off or at least got a few votes, and they've hardly even been seen.
... oh, sudden upvotes on my last few answers. Thanks, unknown lurker! :-P
(I wasn't angling for that, I swear.)
@Randal'Thor :)
Star Wars is the Big Deal this weekend though, so kinda makes sense, unfortunate as it is.
it wasn't even that good of a movie :/
I liked sw7 and rogue one much more
Oh my gosh a Black family tree!! :D — Bellatrix 1 min ago
As a movie, I enjoyed it, though I can certainly accept alot of the critical reception it's gotten. As a Star Wars movie... hmm.
18:30
@Bellatrix You didn't know about this??
@Mwr247 yea I feel the same I guess
too much comedy, too little plot
Wasn't a big fan of TFA though, and at least enjoyed this more than that. RO was amazing though
^ exactly
...and then I remember it's a space opera and it doesn't have much to start with tbh
or, rather
@Mwr247 definitely the latter, TFA & TLJ are about equal
18:30
The plot was spread out so much between different threads
@Mwr247 yeah and no real resolution either
"We must fight... to run away" - basically the thought that came to mind the entire movie

scifi.stackexchange.com/a/176724/4918 -- wait, really? I'll have to re-read Hallows 24, because it's possible that it was me who misunderstood something.
19:15
@Randal'Thor No where’d you get that?!?
@Bellatrix I remembered seeing it here.
Apparently it's canon and drawn by JKR herself.
Oh cool!! :D Thanks! ;D

Q: How come Wanda can overpower Vision?

Jack JohanssonAs far as I understood, Wanda's power are coming from the mind stone, as J.A.R.V.I.S told her so, when they were talking about the mind stone in the kitchen. But there is a scene afterward, that he tries to keep Wanda from leaving, but she easily overpowers Vision. My question is, how can she...
