A live action TV show in which two children find a barrow containing King Arthur or some other sleeping knight. That's all I remember about the entire show I'm afraid, that and being mesmerised by it
Basically the main character is an elf and despite his advanced age, he's young looking. He's a very experienced fighter too. It has mature content and gives off berserk vibes in terms of the theme, not the plot lines.
In a scene in Basic Instinct, where Nick Curran has nodded off on his sofa and is awoken by a phone call, there is what looks like a horror film playing on the television in front of him- does anyone recognize it?
I realize Basic Instinct itself is not on topic, but I'm going to argue the film pl...
Sorry for any spelling mistakes, but the story starts out with a girl being mistreated by her family and her sister keeps framing her. She ends up dying some way (I forgot) but she comes back (same age) with a guide, kinda like a video game thing. Her family wants her to marry a gross guy so her ...
In multiple episodes, the incredible distance between The Milky Way and Andromeda is dealt with fairly accurately or at least consistently: even at highest warp, the 2 million light years that separate the two galaxies mean that it would take many lifetimes to reach it. (This is in By Any Other N...
Well I only read the first chapter and remember little about it.
Here is the list of what I can remember about the first chapter:
The main character, a boy, who's in highschool woke up in the morning.
When he went downstairs(the living or the kitchen) he saw his above his mom's head are numbers ...
I just saw a meme stating "Christopher Lloyd, the only man to have had 2 time machines stolen from him", referring to both Back to the Future, and Star Trek (slight stretch there as it's not a specific purpose), but it got me thinking -
Which Character / Actor has had the most time machines stole...
In Star Wars: A New Hope, Luke Skywalker takes off R2-D2’s restraining bolt with the rationale:
Oh, yeah, well, I guess you're too small to run away on me if I take this off!
The statement seems not to make sense - why would a droid’s small size prevent it from leaving? Did the writers have a r...
I'm new to the LOTR fandom and I only just finished the movies and am going to now work my way through the books but why does Frodo choose to K word himself ? When he gets on the boat with the elves it seems like he's choosing to go to heaven instead of staying with his friends?
I read a book around 2006 to 2008 and I believe it was considered new at the time.
I remember it being called Route 66 with a red convertible on the cover headed towards the open road but whenever I've tried looking for this I can't find it.
I remember the girl hanging out with her grandma over s...
I am looking for a 1950s-60s alien invasion movie where the alien's local knowledge of earth is betrayed by a question from a sentry referring to how the Chicago Bears won the World Series last season. The question obviously reveals the actual alien. Anyone remember?
