Once again, I'm looking for recommendations on fantasy series. I have read and enjoyed LOTR, Belgariad + Sequel, Eragon, WoT, Discworld and found Codex Alera mediocre. Preferably, it would be high fantasy (i.e. not taking place on earth, with some stereotypes such as magic, an expanded monster universe and so on), preferably having some female characters that aren't presented misogynistic, and well written. Also, 4M words and 11k pages like WoT is a bit overkill, I'll settle for 2M as well...

Q: Black Siren hair style change in Arrow Season 6 Episode 10

In S06E10 of Arrow, there were two scenes where black siren was shown and she had entirely different hairstyles.In one scene her hair was short and black whereas in another scene it was long and blond.How does her hair grow so fast and the hairstyle changes?
