On Phase 2:4, the question states: Task 2: Write a monadic function named IRV. When I submit my solution, I get: IRV must be a dyadic dfn/tradfn, but was found to be a monadic function. This seems contradictory.
I can fake it by:

    ⍺←⍬ ⍝ Fake dyadic to get around submission system bug

@Adám can I check with phase 2:4 'NOTE: Every valid result should have a non-zero probability of appearing.' is it correct that it's not required that every valid result is equally likely?
(if so, why not? that seems like a good condition to enforce)
