QA for anachrononaut is an invokable silver boomerang, becomes double lightsaber, silver ring, BFG, or silver quarterstaff

#invoke to pretty much slaughter anything low-level on the level (but really long timeout, and doens't do any damage to things higher level than a threshold)

or to recharge the lightsaber
