@andrew.46 That reminded me of the story of the original bug in Grace Hopper's computer.
Only this computer has a grub and a giant moth.

Leave open - This has some no-repro close votes, but these are not correct. The OP took some action which solved the problem and the action was very specific (sudo apt install systemd-timesyncd), it's not that the issue got magically resolved. That the OP didn't posted the solution as an answer is another matter.

@ArturMeinild I agree but I'm not sure that flagging as VLQ is the preferred action though. It can easily lead to the flag getting rejected (depends on the mod that handles it though). Downvoting is surely the correct action, commenting as well. In such a case maybe asking a mod here to delete the answer would be a better option.
This answer is link-only but accepted. The link no longer works and there is no working version of the link in Wayback machine. I think it can be deleted, especially since there is now an answer suggesting an actual solution.

@BeastOfCaerbannog You're probably right. The challenge here is that the answer isn't totally wrong, it's just very much not recommended..
Suggesting Linux Mint in an answer seems OT to me .. askubuntu.com/a/1454037/1066942

@ArturMeinild Yeah. With the downvotes and your comments I think the situation is pretty much resolved. No need for the flag.

@BeastOfCaerbannog My flag on this was declined! I guess the mod that handled it either didn't check the link or decided to leave the answer for historic reasons. I still don't think it adds any value now that there is an answer that actually works and has received quite positive feedback already.
