The one we are talking about is a partial answer (but surely an attempt), so it is difficult even to flag it.

@ArturMeinild It took me a while to find how you deducted that the problem is unmet dependencies. Then I saw the deleted answer from the OP. The answer is rightfully deleted, but it shouldn't have had before adding the additional info to the question. This could have been done either by you or by the mod that handled it if you had used a custom flag asking for that. But the answer deleted without adding its content to the question was not a good decision.
