I've been trying to give her some new armour and the like and she doesn't seem to want to wear it over her default armour.
Is there a trick to getting her to equip items? Armour specifically? If I can't upgrade her gear I'll go back to using Mjoll.
@DavidB Well, I mean, to put it into perspective, unless we just go crazy with MoP and it becomes a Diablo 3 or Skyrim, outside of the MoP contest we got like one or two WoW questions a week.

The type of changes you mentioned in your answer don't happen very often, so combined with our WoW question load, maybe a couple of dozen questions would have to be retagged at some point in their future? Most of the time, a year or two later. WoW—at least the parts that would affect expansion tagging—isn't that volatile
Like I said, your idea is clear, and it could work.
it would also defeat the expansion question for the next one (in two years)
Is there a policy/consensus about questions that players can no longer encounter? I've asked a question which will expire in terms of usefulness, and am curious about its fate. If there isn't one, I'll start a Meta on it (sometime this week)

@DavidB Ah, didn't check on the main site yet; didn't see your comment. For the record, your feedback is appreciated, at least to me, and I think it's important people give feedback especially when a change affects the games they play (so keep doing it!). I'm just not seeing something specific to WoW that we don't already address without much of a problem with expansion tagging on other games
user2334
@DavidB Yeah, generally you vote to close/flag as too localized if it's clear the question is no longer relevant
kind of a shame to watch the rep fall off, but understandable.
user2334
Closing doesn't reset rep, only deletion. And you keep your rep even in deletions if the question was around for 60 days and your post got a 3 score or higher
my question probably won't last that long, but a good policy in general
user2334
Yeah: it's a recent change after a big kerfuffle regarding deleting content that was once tolerated but no longer. You shouldn't be penalized for producing good content in good faith just because the situation changes months, sometimes years, later
So I've got the shout in my shouts list and I've unlocked all three parts of it, but I can't seem to be able to use it all, just the first part.
Am I missing something? I still have a quest for 'Learn the first word of Durnehviir's shout' but it's showing as me having already got it.
What gives?
Do Champions that make/obtain pets in game gain sight of stealthed champions or Wards vis a vis their pets if they have an Oracle's Elixir?
Champions include:
Maokai (seedlings)
Annie (Tibbers)
Malzahar (Voidling)
Yorick (Ghouls)
Mordekaiser (Ghost)
Zyra (Plants, Seedlings)
@MarkTrapp Hmm didn't know that - should I start doing so for the various Diablo questions that are now irrelevant while they work on their unofficial public beta :D
@Blem Lots of questions like those on skill exploits, gold farming etc. aren't salvageable; there isn't an alternative (unless for e.g. you consider a completely different build to be a valid change from 4k hp FA build)
Sometimes I've had industries go away - notably oil rigs but sometimes forests or coal mines. I thought it had something to do with proximity to a city but I have some urban forests (ha!) that are still holding up pretty well in 2240. I also thought it might have to do with the transportation per...
@RedRiderX Well I can see the little piston that knocks the end bulbs away, and you can see them bounce and such when they hit.. So it is definitely a neat setup, but.. yeah you dont pass electricity by tapping blubs together ;)
I like two-handed swords because of their higher attack speed, but I am thinking about switching to a war hammer to max out my overall damage output even further. If the war hammer's higher damage output is handicapped by its slower attack speed, though, it may be just as benficial to stick with...
On top of that, it just came out and there was almost nobody in the theatre. I went with some friends like 3 minutes before it started and there were two people in it. About 5 minutes in a group of 12 or so really good looking girls came in, and that was it.
I guess everyone is seeing Batman, because it was a holiday today as well.
At the end of each game you get from 1 to 5 skulls. But what exactly decides how many you get? I'm only able to get 3 it seems, even though no orcs get through my defenses.
How do you get skulls in Orcs must die 2?
@GnomeSlice if by interesting you mean 'i am interested in damaging my hearing and destroying my will to live, so I will put on this bad music to make it easier to go jump off a bridge tonight.'
