@Alok the distance between quests is because you're not paying attention. With very few exceptions, there is, within 50m of the end point of every quest, a new quest to pick up that will send you to another quest giver, even if it's just a silly 'bring this item to this person' bit of nonsense.

General consensus is that we keep the base game tag when tagging something with its expansion, n'est-ce pas? I rolled back the removal of the skyrim tag on this question, and the person who did that questioned why, if it only applied to Dawnguard

Playing violently can allow missions to be completed in less time than a stealth approach, but will consume more resources such as health and mana potions, which are required more often in direct combat.

Why do I always fail at quoting?

Anyway, that quote seems silly to me. It's like saying "If you run around stealthily, it will be slow, but if you run around shooting people, you'll use up valuable resources like bullets!"

It's not really a trade if you don't need that resource for the non-guns-blazing route

I know Legendary items have a fixes set of Affixes but how many affixes are possible for Magic and Rare items? I estimate that Magic can have 1-3 while Rare can have 3-7? Is this correct? Thanks!
