Yeah but you want the huge mobs in A3 so you tempest thru them (like WW barbs in D2). I even bought a cheap 2h daibo w/ spirit regen; so that using guardian's path I can run infinite Tempest w/ Tailwind
Btw - I know we should keep a high LoH item even with low dps for tanking situation; but how low can the dps go in that case?

@AshleyNunn I would suggest picking up D2 for cheap to try out the genre, if you haven't already. Or wait for D3 to have a demo version - its a good game imho, but if you don't even like the genre (hack n slash) then the price is quite steep

@Sterno I would not play it if you haven't played AC2. (I would immediately play AC2, it's vastly better than AC1 even though the mechanics are largely the same)

@MarkTrapp No, I understood his answer; about unbounded/bounded - I said as much. But that is not the sole criteria for whether a list question is good or bad; and from other meta thread (linked in question comment) I don't think there is a clearcut answer. Yes, I do disagree with some decisions but that is not the problem; I just want to be able to figure out the line without just going 'oh well someone will correct me if I overstep'

Immensely better pacing, yeah. I didn't like AC1 that much but AC2 and Brotherhood are awesome. (I don't think Revelations stands that well on its own but I suspect if you play the others you'll know if you want to play it or not)

@fbueckert I think RND picks some affix and uses it a lot in a single game. If I get dmg reflect right at start; I just restart the session w/o even trying for NV stacks.

On monk I would prefer that over arcane; but as wiz (hydra/blizzard) I find arcane to be easier. I mainly dislike reflect; and fast affix esp. on fast mobs in cemetery crypts (I just skip them in that case)

@Alok You're asking for the impossible. SE is a large community and is designed around the community moderation process. It works the way that it does precisely because rules and guidelines can be applied by the crowd and not any single individual. You'll find most large communities have their own sets of standards that require the community acting in concert to apply (e.g. reddit).
