@Michel Judging a question based on its answers is tricky. Some questions may be really good, but required a lot of testing and understanding of the game to answer (which is part of what makes them good). Questions like that normally only get one or two answers, due to the knowledge and effort involved.

And now clearly there is a very good reason for that, but I would say not being for a specific game is more of a reason for the down votes than the time-completion.. but again.. This is 100% guess and at the end of the day, I do not care as to why it has those :)

If not for the deal with it in meta, the completion time question might have just sort of faded away unnoticed with like 80 views or something. Q: How do I know the air-speed of my kart?

This question makes reference to the air-speed of the kart, thus implying that there are different stats for air speed and ground speed, however I can't seem to find any indication of this in-game. How do I know the air-speed of my kart?
