How can you tell if you have the demo for American Truck Simulator? I already have the client on my computer but I don't see where you can check if you have the demo or full version.

I need to get wither skeleton skulls but I can't get any. I am playing on Xbox 360 which means that there are very small worlds (less than 900x900)and there is one extremely small nether fortress. I can't farm wither skeletons because they won't spawn. I spent hours looking but none have spawned.
