Is it possible to change the contents of Fallout 4's .ba3 data files? Does a utility exist to edit them?
I understand that there is a utility to view the contents, but they cannot be edited (such as removing files from inside the Sounds.ba3, for example).

With my GeForce GTX 970, I wanted to play Half-Life 2 again in 4k on a 1080p monitor. How would I do that? I have tried to adding custom resolutions in the NVIDIA control panel but I couldn't get 4k to work, but I did get 1440p to work but it looked blurry.
